Yes that will take a few trys to connect to the sever depending on how many mods the Server uses how large these Mods are and how good your Internet Connection is. Once on ark on the main menu in the coner it said it was installing one mod. i then when into host/local. where it said waiting for steam client to start mod download. i was unable to refresh mods during this time. :( and it has stayed like this for a while. and most mods on the work shop dont go over 500kb so my download speed isnt the issue. So find the mod on the workshop, unsub and resub. DO NOT launch ARK and let it download. When it's done, THEN launch ARK. in a perfect world. but ark provides little option to list every mod in the description of their servers. Guys maybe it is just me but this forum seems a little uneven and you don't get much in the way of replies/information. I would like to say I have used the simple steamCMD method to update my kortal game multiple times, there does not seem to be any issue I know of.
